Life is how we see it. We need to set our goals high and have the courage to dream big. We need always to strive to be the best we can be. We need to have a vision for our life and see this vision growing inside of us. Our vision will pull us forward. There is a quote by Paula Deen which is very encouraging to me, she says: “There is no sin in failing. The sin is in never trying”. Anything is possible when we have the faith to believe it. It takes just as much energy to worry as it does to believe in our dream. Let us break free from the negativity that could be holding us back from living the dream we have for our life. Let’s us use our energy to believe and not to worry. Use our energy in the right direction. Every morning when we wake up, the first thing we should do is to be thankful and grateful to God for the gift of another day. We need to start our days in a positive way. We need to learn to use the power of I am. There is power in the words we speak. The wrong I am keeps us from making our mark in the world.
We need to have peace in our minds and we need to have faith. What is faith? Hebrews 11:1 is the best place to find the Biblical definition of faith “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. To have faith is to believe in something before it actually happens. We have to believe big and pray boldly. God has a purpose for our life and we need to know what it is. God gave us all unique gifts and talents, and there is somebody who needs our gifts. Somebody needs us: our love, our smile, our help. “As long as you have breath, God has a purpose for your life! You have to come to your close doors, before you get to your open doors… Each closed door gets you closer to your open door” (John Osteen)
We are getting closer to our goals in each step of the way. We need to have a daily practice everyday, as soon as w e wake up to keep us going on the right direction in our life. A lot of us have been raised on a negative way. We have to replace our negative thoughts with positive ones. We need to have a new perspective in life. We can not get discouraged by the closed doors we encounter on our way. Life is not over after disappointment. With each failure we need to get up and know we are getting closer to finding our open doors. We need to overcome discouragement and failure by changing our attitude and our mind set. We need to change the channel in our minds. We need to focus on positive thoughts. We need to start focusing on achieving new and bigger dreams.
Positive affirmations is the way to go. Quit telling yourself negative things about yourself. Do not focus on your flaws. Shake off low self esteem. Don’t put yourself down. Don’t discredit yourself. Don’t ever tell yourself you are a failure, or you are not good enough. It’s imperative that we have a positive mind frame. Change the inside before you can see the change outside. God says you are His masterpiece. You were created in His image. Have faith! Everyday when we wake up we need to say to ourselves: I have a bright future in front of me. I am worthy. I am valuable. As long as I have breath, God has a purpose for my life. I’m radiant. I’m vibrant. I’m energetic. I’m beautiful. I’m youthful. I’m attractive. I am wonderful. I am amazing. I am God’s masterpiece. I am an original. I am special. Say those things, not in pride, but with quite confidence. We all have something amazing to offer to the world. Get in agreement with God. Get these things deep down in your spirit. Make sure you have the right I am’s in your lips. Whatever you say you are that is what you are going to attract. That is the power of the word we speak. That is the power of I am
